LuxStays may collect contact details, reservation details, billing contact information, guest counts, stay preferences, support messages, device data, and website usage data.
Payment card details are processed by approved payment processors and are not stored in full inside LuxStays application databases.
LuxStays uses personal information to process reservations, provide guest support, prevent fraud, coordinate operations, manage CRM records, and send transaction-related communications.
Marketing messages are handled according to the consent choices the guest provides, and communication preferences can be updated later.
LuxStays shares only the information reasonably needed with trusted providers such as payment processors, PMS tools, email and SMS vendors, analytics platforms, and operational partners that support the reservation.
Service providers are expected to protect data and use it only for the contracted business purpose.
Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor selected by LuxStays.
LuxStays uses secure operational systems and commercially reasonable safeguards, but no digital service can guarantee absolute security.
If fraud review, chargeback review, or booking verification is required, LuxStays may retain and review the minimum information necessary to protect guests, owners, and the platform.
LuxStays may use cookies, pixels, and analytics technologies to remember preferences, understand site performance, measure campaigns, and improve the booking experience.
Browsers may allow users to limit cookies, though some site features may work less effectively if core cookies are disabled.
LuxStays keeps reservation, accounting, compliance, and support data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain hospitality records.
Marketing-only contact records may be deleted or suppressed earlier when a user withdraws consent or asks not to be contacted.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of eligible records, or changes to marketing preferences.
LuxStays may need to verify identity before fulfilling a privacy request.
LuxStays services are not directed to children under 13, and LuxStays does not intentionally collect personal information directly from children.
This policy may be updated when LuxStays systems, vendors, legal obligations, or reservation flows change. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.
