LuxStays works to keep pricing displays, property details, availability cues, and editorial content accurate, but obvious errors, temporary outages, or stale third-party data may still occur.

Website content may be updated, removed, or corrected at any time without prior notice, provided confirmed reservations are handled according to the booking contract already issued.

A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit is successfully authorized and LuxStays issues confirmation.

Final booking totals may include nightly rates, cleaning fees, taxes, pet fees, transaction fees, and other itemized charges displayed before confirmation.

LuxStays may decline, cancel, or request verification for a reservation when fraud review, pricing error review, legal compliance, or operational impossibility makes the reservation unsafe to confirm.

Users must provide accurate names, contact details, billing information, and reservation details.

LuxStays may pause or cancel a booking flow if identity details, payment details, or guest counts appear incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent with the reservation request.

Users may not misuse the website, interfere with the booking flow, scrape protected data, attempt to bypass pricing or availability controls, or use LuxStays intellectual property without permission.

Any attempt to abuse promotional codes, dispute valid charges dishonestly, or submit fraudulent reservation requests may result in cancellation, account restrictions, or legal follow-up.

LuxStays uses trusted third-party services for payments, PMS operations, messaging, analytics, fraud review, and booking distribution.

When a reservation or communication flow depends on a third-party service, LuxStays is not responsible for outages or delays outside its reasonable control, though it will make commercially reasonable efforts to support resolution.

All branding, photography, page copy, layouts, and design elements on the LuxStays site remain the property of LuxStays or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

Users may not reuse, republish, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LuxStays is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, booking flow, or hospitality services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
